I highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot and ensure you get my full, undivided attention. While I will accept walk-ins if my chair happens to be empty, appointments will always take priority. To guarantee your time, your best bet is to book through the app!

I respect your time and ask that you respect mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full service amount.

Life happens, but a late arrival cuts into the next client's time. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule you entirely to keep the day on track. (And don't worry—if I am ever running significantly behind on my end, I’ll make it right with you!)

If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. To book any future appointments with me, you will be required to keep a card on file or prepay for the slot.

My goal is always to make sure you walk out looking and feeling your absolute best. If something feels a little off once you get home, just reach out to me within 24 hours. I’ll gladly get you right back in the chair for a complimentary adjustment to fix it up.

To keep things seamless and efficient, all booking, card management, and payments are handled securely right through the Squire app when you set up your appointment.

The absolute fastest way to manage your appointment is directly through the Squire app or via the link in your confirmation email. Because I am focused on the client in my chair, I usually cannot answer text messages or phone calls while working.

Yes! I cut hair for all ages, provided they can sit relatively still in the chair for the duration of the service.

I am located at 1617 32nd Ave South in Suite M. Fargo, ND 58013. When you walk in, look for Goodtimez Barber Co. or mention Shun. There is plenty of free parking available.
